Life gets complicated.
You don't have to manage it alone.

A personal and executive assistant helping you find your footing through everyday demands and life's most significant moments.

Practical, personal, and without judgment.

Who I Am.

I've spent over twenty years as the trusted right hand to people navigating complex, demanding lives, with experience working in the UK, Cape Town and New York.

I meet people where they are, without judgment — whatever state things are in, and however long they've been that way. Together we find the one thing that's pressing and start there. Sometimes that leads to a plan, sometimes I take the tasks on for you, and sometimes it's simply a conversation that helps you see the way forward.

I work at your pace, never forcing a solution you're not ready for. I've completed a foundation in death doula training and begin my diploma this November, and I support people around end of life from lived experience as much as professional training.

I'm now based in Sussex, and I continue to work with clients in London and beyond.

How I Help.

Life admin & support

For when life has more in it than one person can manage alone, whether something has built up, or you simply want it off your plate. We work through it together, or I take it on entirely.

  • Household and property management - overseeing maintenance, tradespeople, and the running of a home

  • Diary, correspondence, and the admin that never quite gets done

  • Decluttering and organising - clearing space, physically and mentally, so you can think

  • Event and travel planning

  • Personal projects, paperwork, and one-off pieces that have been waiting for years

  • Support through transitions - a move, a relationship change, children leaving home

End of life & preparation

Sensitive, practical support around death; your own, or someone you love. Offered from lived experience as much as professional training, and always without judgment.

  • Advance care planning and putting wishes in place while you're well enough to do it thoughtfully

  • Getting affairs in order, proactively and on your own terms

  • Swedish death cleaning - gently sorting and lightening what you leave behind

  • Clearing and organising a family home, including after a bereavement

  • Supporting families through the practical and emotional weight of loss

  • Managing the paperwork and bureaucracy that doesn't pause for grief
